Fashion Dropshipping Suppliers for Shopify: 2026 Comparison
Published by: Fashion Dropshipping · Research method
Compare fashion suppliers by the market you can actually serve. A large clothing catalog is useful only when the chosen sizes are available, shipping fits your promise and a return can be handled at a cost your store can absorb.
This guide compares Trendsi, Syncee, Modalyst, Spocket and BrandsGateway using their published documentation. FASHIONGO is included as an availability check because its Shopify app is currently unavailable. We have not placed sample orders or independently measured these suppliers' quality or delivery.
Shopify clothing supplier comparison
Prices below are published USD subscription prices checked on 4 October 2026. They exclude goods, shipping, payment fees and any applicable taxes. Free plans have limits; annual rates and introductory offers can differ.

| Platform | Published plan / workflow | Decision that needs checking |
|---|---|---|
| Trendsi | Free: $0/month, up to 500 listings; Pro: $29.90/month, unlimited listings. Shopify app for fashion sourcing. | Shipping varies by item and destination. Its return service covers U.S. orders only. |
| Syncee | Free: 25 product imports; Basic: $39.99/month, 100 imports. Connects a Shopify store with multiple suppliers. | Shipping and returns are handled by each supplier. Compare the individual supplier rather than assuming one marketplace policy. |
| Modalyst | Basic: free to install; Start Up: $35/month; Pro: $90/month. Product and shipping charges remain payable. | Confirm the selected supplier's destinations, variant stock, product limits and return procedure before relying on an imported listing. |
| Spocket | Starter: $39.99/month; Pro: $59.99/month. The free listing describes chat support; check which sourcing features your plan includes. | Return rules vary by supplier, including suppliers that do not accept returns. U.S./EU sourcing does not establish delivery eligibility for every country. |
| BrandsGateway | Subscription-based Shopify integration with inventory updates and order forwarding. Request the current plan price. | Price an actual basket, shipping and a refund against the subscription bill. Check the available sizes and return terms for your chosen collection. |
| FASHIONGO Dropshipping | Shopify app unavailable at this source check. | Its older connection instructions still describe Shopify setup. Verify availability directly; exclude it from a shortlist that requires an installable app today. |
Choose a supplier for your customer market
A U.S. boutique
Trendsi is a candidate to review when its catalog fits your collection and U.S. return handling matters. Its published policy requires a return request within seven days of receiving all order items, followed by shipment back within seven days of submission. Shipping and handling are non-refundable, and some categories are final sale. Read those terms before writing your store policy.
A Syncee or Spocket supplier may also fit. Check where the particular garment ships from, rather than treating the platform name as a warehouse location. For a two-item basket, confirm whether the products share one parcel and shipping fee.
A European or other international store
Start with destination eligibility and a workable return address. Trendsi's published U.S.-only return service is a material limitation for international orders, even where outbound delivery is available. A supplier offering delivery without return handling creates a cost and support decision for the retailer.
On a marketplace, record each candidate supplier's dispatch country, supported destinations, estimated transit, shipping quote and return terms. Compare the same product category and destination. A catalog sourced from Europe may still contain products with different fulfillment origins.
A store expanding its collection
Use a second supplier to fill a specific gap, such as a missing size range or product category. Before expanding, map how a mixed basket will be paid for, dispatched, tracked and returned. An extra supplier subscription can also make a low-volume collection harder to cover.
Compare landed cost, then contribution per order
A low product price can hide expensive delivery. Ask each candidate for the cost of one item and a two-item basket to the same destination, with the same shipping method. Record surcharges and any duties you would bear alongside the product price.
Hypothetical comparison, not supplier quotes: Supplier A charges $16 for a garment and $7 for shipping. Supplier B charges $19 and $3. The landed costs are $23 and $22 respectively. The cheaper garment creates the more expensive delivered order.
At $40 revenue, subtract $23 landed cost, $2 payment fees and a $3 return allowance: $12 remains before advertising and fixed store costs. An $8 acquisition cost leaves $4 to cover subscriptions and profit.
Replace these assumptions with actual quotes in the fashion order-cost calculator. Use the Shopify store budget guide for subscription bills and cash reserves. Do not count a fixed expense both as an allocation per order and again as a monthly cost.
Build a shortlist from documents you can verify
- Define one collection and destination. Write the garment category, required sizes, selling price and customer country before comparing catalogs.
- Collect evidence for the exact SKUs. Save the product cost, variant stock, size measurements, fabric details, shipping quote and dated policy links.
- Check the Shopify workflow. Confirm what imports automatically, when stock updates, how a supplier is paid and what happens when an item is unavailable.
- Write the return path. Identify the address, request window, exclusions, return postage and who refunds the customer. Leave unresolved terms marked as unknown.
- Choose within your limits. Remove candidates that cannot serve the destination, lack required information or leave insufficient contribution at your planned price.
This creates a documented shortlist without pretending it is a physical quality test. Supplier descriptions establish what is advertised; they do not establish measured fit, fabric quality or delivery performance. Keep those distinctions clear in your own product copy.
If Trendsi fits that shortlist, review Trendsi's fashion catalog alongside its shipping and return policies. For more detail, read our documented Trendsi review or Trendsi alternatives guide.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best fashion dropshipping supplier for Shopify?
Choose by destination, product range, landed cost, Shopify workflow and return terms. A supplier that serves a U.S. boutique may not suit a European store. This comparison uses published documentation and does not rank suppliers by personally tested quality or delivery.
Is Trendsi free to use?
Trendsi lists a Free membership at $0 per month with up to 500 product listings and Pro at $29.90 per month with unlimited listings. Products and shipping are separate costs. These published prices were checked on 4 October 2026.
Can I install FASHIONGO Dropshipping on Shopify?
The FASHIONGO Dropshipping app was unavailable on the Shopify App Store when checked on 4 October 2026. Its older Shopify connection instructions should not be treated as proof that new connections are available. Confirm any current service directly with the provider.
Can one supplier serve every country?
Do not assume so. Check delivery eligibility, shipping cost and return handling for each product and destination. A supplier location, an app language or an international catalog does not establish that an item ships to your customer.
Should I use one supplier or several?
One supplier can simplify stock, parcels and support. Multiple suppliers can widen your assortment, but a single customer order may create separate shipping charges, tracking numbers and return processes. Model a mixed basket before expanding.
