Estimate one order’s costs
Use one currency throughout. The starting figures are invented: 40 − 16 − 7 − 2 − 3 − 2 − 8 = 2. Replace them with your assumptions. Include revenue after discounts, excluding tax collected for authorities, plus any shipping charged to the customer. Allocate other costs consistently. This is a planning calculation, not verified profit.
