Trendsi Alternatives for Shopify: Choose by Store Needs

The useful Trendsi alternative is the one that meets a requirement your store is missing. Start with one customer country and one clothing category. Compare the actual product, delivery route, return policy and delivered cost rather than choosing an app from a popularity list.

Choose an alternative by the missing requirement

These seven candidates represent four different sourcing routes. This is a shortlist to investigate, not a ranking based on product quality or fulfillment tests. 1. More ready-made clothing options: Syncee or Spocket

Syncee describes a supplier marketplace with clothing and other categories, product imports, inventory updates and order synchronization. Its official app listing is a starting point for checking features and billing.

Spocket also presents a supplier marketplace with product imports and order tools. Its official app listing mentions suppliers in several locations. A location label does not establish delivery or returns for a particular garment.

Get: the named supplier, item origin, size chart, stock-update behavior, destination quote and written return terms for one SKU. Check whether the plan you would actually use supports the products and features you need.

Stop if: the supplier cannot confirm the delivery destination or return route. A larger catalog is not useful if you cannot support the order after checkout.

2. Relationships with other Shopify brands: Shopify Collective

Collective is a candidate when your plan involves a supplier relationship through Shopify rather than simply importing a broad catalog. Eligibility comes before supplier selection: Shopify lists an active plan, supported country and currency, and Shopify Payments with active payouts. Your payout currency must match your store currency; a supplier connection also requires matching store country and currency.

Other eligibility conditions apply. Use Shopify's current Collective requirements and the eligibility check in your admin. Do not plan your first trial around immediate access.

Get: confirmation that both stores can connect, the agreed product prices, fulfillment responsibilities and return handling.

Stop if: eligibility is unresolved or the supplier agreement leaves order problems without a clear owner.

3. A sourcing or packaging request: CJdropshipping or Zendrop

CJdropshipping advertises sourcing, product listing, order synchronization and fulfillment, with product or packaging customization options. See its official app listing to identify the service you need to ask about.

Zendrop advertises sourcing and fulfillment tools, with branding and print-on-demand options. Its official app listing does not replace a quote for your specific garment, destination and requested packaging.

Get: a written quote that separates product cost, shipping, processing, customization, any minimum quantity, storage and service fees. Ask what happens if the quoted item runs out of stock.

Stop if: the request requires quantities or prepaid stock beyond your budget, or the quoted route cannot support your customer promise. A custom packaging option does not by itself establish garment quality or reliable delivery.

4. Your artwork on products: Printful or Printify

Printful describes printing or embroidery, packing and shipping for custom products. Its official app listing outlines the available integration and design tools.

Printify describes a network of print providers and tools for selling custom designs. Check the official app listing, then compare the actual provider and product you would use.

Get: garment measurements, print method, artwork requirements, usage rights, provider location, production estimate, shipping quote and policy for defects versus a customer changing their mind.

Stop if: your plan is a ready-made boutique collection with no original artwork, or the production and shipping total leaves too little room to acquire and support customers. Availability check: FASHIONGO Dropshipping

The FASHIONGO Dropshipping App Store listing was unavailable when checked on 8 October 2026. Older setup articles are not proof that a new store can connect today. Confirm any remaining service directly with the provider; its dropshipping service notice is a separate reference. This app status does not establish the availability of every FASHIONGO wholesale service.

Get the evidence for one product before choosing

Use the same short request for each shortlisted option. Keep the supplier's answer and the date, so you can see which details remain unknown.

1. Product: exact SKU, variant, measurements, fabric information, available stock and permission to use its images.
2. Delivery: ship-from location, supported destination, processing time, transit estimate, tracking and what happens to a lost parcel.
3. Returns: reasons accepted, deadline, return address, who pays each shipping leg and when the supplier reimburses you.
4. Money: product and shipping charges, app plan, payment timing, currency and any quoted taxes or duties.
5. Operations: stock synchronization, order submission, cancellations and who handles a product becoming unavailable after checkout.

If you are not ordering samples, label fit, fabric, packaging and actual delivery as not physically verified. Documents can establish terms; they cannot demonstrate how a garment feels or fits. Do not turn an estimate into a delivery guarantee or describe a supplier as personally tested.

International shipping and international returns are separate questions. Before switching away from Trendsi for returns, check the replacement's policy for your customer country, not just its list of shipping destinations.

Compare delivered costs, not the headline garment price

Illustrative example only: imagine two quotes for a product you could sell for $40. Route A costs $18 for the garment and $6 for delivery. Route B costs $14 for the garment and $11 for delivery. These are fictional figures, not supplier prices.

• Route A: $40 − $18 − $6 − $2 payment allowance − $3 return/problem allowance − $8 advertising = $3 remaining.
• Route B: $40 − $14 − $11 − $2 payment allowance − $3 return/problem allowance − $8 advertising = $2 remaining.

The cheaper garment leaves less in this example. Neither figure is net profit: subtract applicable taxes or duties, subscriptions, other business costs and any costs the allowances did not cover. Also check when you must pay the supplier versus when customer funds become available.

Use the cost calculator with your own confirmed numbers. If a shipping charge is unknown, keep it unknown rather than entering zero. Reject a route with an unusable return policy even if its arithmetic looks better.

Continue from the shortlist to your first store

Write down one customer country, a small collection and the requirements you can support. Choose the fewest suppliers needed for that plan; several suppliers can create separate parcels, charges and return instructions for one customer order.

Start with the missing requirement. Compare Syncee or Spocket for ready-made catalog options, Collective for eligible supplier relationships, CJdropshipping or Zendrop for sourcing requests, and Printful or Printify for original designs on printed products. Confirm the actual item and supplier terms before choosing.

Are print-on-demand services direct replacements for Trendsi?

They serve a different product plan. Printful and Printify are candidates for designs applied to available products; they do not automatically replace a ready-made boutique catalog or provide unique garment manufacturing. Include production and delivery in your cost comparison.

Can a new Shopify store use Collective immediately?

Do not assume immediate eligibility. Shopify lists requirements including an active plan, supported country and currency, and Shopify Payments with active payouts. A supplier connection requires matching store country and currency. Check all current requirements in your admin before relying on it.

Does an alternative supplier solve international returns?
